Mr. Shanker Das Bairagi is the Foreign Secretary of Nepal since October 2015. Previously, Mr. Bairagi served as the Ambassador/Permanent Representative of Nepal to the United Nations, World Trade Organization and other Organizations in Geneva. Mr. Bairagi has held different positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepali missions abroad during his career over three decades.
