Dr. Rajan Bhattarai is the Foreign Affairs Advisor to the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli.  A former member of the Constituent Assembly, Dr. Bhattarai was also a member of the Eminent Persons Group (EPG) for Nepal-India Relations, and a senior Vice-President of Young Politicians of International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAAP).
